This facility is welcoming visitors.

We deeply care about our residents and employees, and want to take every possible action to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19. We continue to monitor the situation in Western Australia on a daily basis and are implementing preventative actions – please check back regularly as this information is subject to change.

Visitor information

All visitors, employees, volunteers and contractors must undertake a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) every 72 hours.

When required, we encourage you to take a RAT home and test in the comfort of your own home.

Bring your negative RAT or photo evidence with you to the facility reception area and check in using our online visitor management system, Zipline:

  • completing a health declaration that EXCLUDES close contacts for five days and confirming you do not have any COVID or Influenza symptoms.
  • providing a negative RAT to be photographed when prompted (every 72 hours).
  • having your temperature taken.

If you are due to undertake a RAT and fail to bring your negative RAT, you must self-test outside the facility. We will ensure there are RATs available for you.

We strongly recommend visitors stay up to date with COVID and Influenza vaccinations.

Surgical masks are no longer mandatory for employees, volunteers, visitors and contractors. However, they may be provided upon entry to Residential Aged Care if you want to continue wearing them.

Please continue to use hand sanitiser on entry and exit.

There are no restrictions to visiting times, visit duration or visitor numbers.

If you are unwell, please do not visit.

We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.

Planning and preparation

We have developed detailed plans to prevent an outbreak and manage one if it occurs. We are continuing to invest in regular infection control training and maintaining supplies of PPE (personal protection equipment) and Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) ready for use. All employees and volunteers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

We understand these are challenging times. Sometimes it helps to talk through worries and concerns. Our chaplains are always available to support your emotional needs. They listen compassionately and can be a friendly person to talk to during times of uncertainty. Just let your Care Team know if you would like to access our Chaplaincy Service.

Thank you

Thank you for your support and cooperation. We are so grateful for the understanding shown by everyone as we work together to protect our communities.

Please know we are doing all we can in partnership with health authorities and with support from our wider residential leadership team and our executive leadership team to respond to this situation. The health, safety and wellbeing of your loved one is our absolute priority.
