Designed with a people-first approach, Balladong Gardens provides premium care for 26 residents in a relaxed rural setting located in the historic Wheatbelt town of York.
Featuring charming landscaped gardens and courtyards, there are plenty of places for residents and their visitors to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.
All the rooms at Balladong Gardens are private with ensuite bathrooms, reverse cycle air-conditioning and an emergency call system. There are quality fixtures and fittings throughout, and all our residents have access to specialised equipment, making day-to-day tasks easier.
Balladong Gardens is fully equipped to provide both high-level care and low-level care, giving you and your loved ones the peace of mind knowing you are in good hands.
Featuring 26 Individual Rooms
Single rooms come partially furnished with an adjustable bed, built-in robes, drawers, chair and desk. You are welcome to bring some smaller furniture items from home as well as other decorations to transform the space and make it your own. The majority of rooms overlook courtyards or garden spaces and have curtains for privacy.
Specialised dementia support
Balladong Gardens offers a memory support unit in a secure and safe and stimulating environment with 24 hour care by professional nurses and trained staff. Lounges and quiet rooms are also available within these areas.
