With BaptistCare at home, it’s our extensive range of care services delivered to people in their own homes, that truly sets us apart.

Delivered by multidisciplinary, highly experienced care teams, our services range from a little extra help around the house and support with everyday personal care, right through to high-level palliative care and specialised dementia services.

Partnering with you to understand your needs and preferences, we focus our care on the whole person. That’s why the foundations of our home care are built around the concept of “Well-Living®”, supporting not only your physical health, but your emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing too.

At BaptistCare, we are committed to providing person-centred care that promotes independence, quality of life, and a sense of belonging. Our homes are strong and supportive communities, with caring, attentive staff who will welcome and support you as you settle in, and provide ongoing, tailored care to meet your individual needs and preferences.

We support people with dignity and respect, whether you are independent, have complex clinical needs or require dementia care, right through to end-of-life palliative care. Our dedicated team is here to partner with you and your family, providing a holistic approach to ensure that you are well cared for, feel safe, and are living well.

At BaptistCare, we understand the importance of community, belonging, and togetherness. That’s why our retirement living communities have been designed with a people-first approach, with our residents and community at the heart of everything we do.

Featuring beautiful homes within picturesque grounds, our retirement living communities offer you peace of mind and security, knowing that your property is well-maintained and looked after – whether you’re at home or away.

We know that retiring from work doesn’t mean retiring from life. Retirement living offers a whole new beginning; a vibrant, connected community where you and your needs come first.

At BaptistCare HopeStreet, we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials.

Delivering support services that are person-centred, and tailored to meet local needs, our approach at HopeStreet is deeply rooted in our People First philosophy. We respect and care for each person as a valued individual, placing their health and wellbeing above all else.

Our wide range of services supports individuals and families to navigate challenging times, such as homelessness, accessing affordable food, domestic violence, long-term unemployment, relationship breakdown, or mental health issues. We also walk alongside people who are caught in a cycle of poverty and debt, often with diminished choices and opportunities to break free and live well.
