Welcome To Community Living
We can all remember a time where the place you lived wasn't just a neighbourhood or a street, but a community. And while it sounds old-fashioned, knowing who lived around you and pitching in when needed was simply a part of everyday life. We certainly do, and that’s why we've developed our new way of living which combines the best conveniences of modern life, with the values and community feel we all loved growing up.
It’s called community living and it’s designed for residents to reconnect with each other in a vibrant community atmosphere, while keeping everything you love about your independence and personal space. Put simply, it’s a modern relocation to an older, more enjoyable way of living.
So welcome to The Gracewood. Welcome back to your community.
