And the results of our 2022 employee survey are evidence of this. With over 3,700 surveyed across NSW and ACT, 82 percent said that working at BaptistCare inspires them to give their best efforts, and 92 percent said that their work was challenging and interesting.

- The launch of our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in 2023
- Our commitment to support a just transition to net zero by 2050 or earlier

- Growing our BaptistCare chaplaincy support and Community Services team, both of whom walk alongside our residents, clients, and staff, offering a listening ear and compassionate, confidential support.
