Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

An entry-level or short-term program to provide specific assistance such as general help around the home, shopping, garden maintenance or group activities. BaptistCare is one of the largest providers of CHSP in NSW and the ACT, with considerable expertise across the available services.

To apply for CHSP funded services, you will first need to contact the Government’s My Aged Care portal by phone 1800 200 422 or online. They will arrange for an assessment by a Regional Assessment Service consultant to determine what services you require and advise which providers have available funded CHSP services in your area.
