Baptist Care Australia serves its members by coordinating national collaboration to increase productivity and efficiency, and deliver projects that provide benefits across the national network.

We collaborate on key social issues, through the work facilitated by the Public Engagement Group. Together we work with churches to support community engagement. Many Baptist churches support BaptistCare through volunteer involvement in our aged care centres or HopeStreet centres, through donations and prayer support.

BaptistCare places and supports 7 civil chaplains on behalf of the Baptist Association. Civil chaplains work within corrective and health care services. The Advisory Committee allows all member organisations to work together providing support, resources, policies and procedures for this unique environment.

COACH is a community-strengthening program empowering individuals and families through one-to-one mentoring; breaking generational cycles of poverty and family breakdown. BaptistCare is partnering with Greater West for Christ and the Salvation Army to pilot this program in the Mt Druitt area.
