We provide a range of services and activities to help bring people together to support social interaction and spiritual wellness.

Companionship at home, social groups, as well as transport and assistance for getting out and about. You can personalise your own support program.

There are three main types of Social Support:

Individual support at home

Enjoy some companionship in your home with our care workers

• Start a new hobby or project.
• Chat over a cup of tea
• Learn more about technology, games, chatting with friends and family online.
• Play card games or other things that interest you
• Pastoral Care
• Self-reflection support

In the community

Get out and about with our care workers. They’ll take you in their own transport and be your extra support for the day:

• Shopping, visit your local community,
• Attending community events or classes
• Visit your favourite café or a community event
• Hair, exercise and or medical appointments
• Attend a religious gathering
• Spending time in nature

Social groups

Join our local social groups:

• Creative arts

• Outings to places of interest
• Dining and entertainment.
