We are pleased to announce that BaptistCare NSW & ACT have entered into an agreement to acquire The Grange Lifestyle Village, in Wagga.

This is a dedicated website page for The Grange employees, to provide you with helpful information about BaptistCare. We encourage you to please send through any questions you may have, especially if not included in the Q & A for employees below.

BaptistCare is excited that The Grange will be the second retirement village BaptistCare owns and operates in the Riverina region alongside BaptistCare Watermark Village in Church Street, Wagga. The Grange will join our other ten villages across NSW and one scheduled to be opened mid-2022 in the ACT.

You’re invited!

BaptistCare’s Averil Gillham, Operations Manager Retirement Living & Matthew Bond, General Manager for People and Culture, plan to meet with Grange employees on:

Monday, 7 February

From 10:30am onwards in The Grange Community Centre.

We understand that this may not work with everyone’s work schedule, and Matt and Averil will arrange to meet with you individually throughout the day.

Tuesday, 8 February

10:45am -11:45am, at The Grange Community Centre

Employees and residents will also have an opportunity to meet with members of our Leadership Team: Charles Moore, Chief Executive Officer; Allan Waters, General Manager of Residential Services and Retirement Living; Averil Gillham, Operations Manager Retirement Living; and Matthew Bond, General Manager for People and Culture.
