Our Strategy 2023-2027
BaptistCare has been serving the aged and people living with disadvantage since 1944. In this time, we have grown to be one of the nation’s most respected care providers. We believe deeply in our vision of 'Every individual living well'.
We must think strategically in living out our purpose and vision to have a roadmap guiding us forward, ensuring we continue to provide genuine love and care into the future.
Our 5 Year Strategy guides us on the journey to be an organisation that delivers exceptional customer care and service.

Our Purpose and Values
Our Purpose and Values are our ever-present drive and aspiration.
Everything we do happens with our simple, yet profound purpose in mind. It brings into focus the transformation outcomes we work towards for the broader community that we serve.
Our values express who we are. Among the individuals we meet each day, we see that people want to be shown genuine loving care, be respected, be empowered, and always feel confident they can rely on someone.
Our Vision
At the heart of our strategy is our vision “Every Individual Living Well”.
This is the benchmark we use to know we are delivering on our purpose. Living well is as individual as the people we serve. We're committed to helping each of our customers achieve this vision.
Areas of Focus
To achieve this Vision, our strategy can be summarised in the three areas of focus, which appear around our vision.
It's vital we do these three areas of focus well. It's how we will demonstrate we are a reliable, trusted and recognised industry leader in our sector.
Outcomes & Targets
Outcomes are the definition of what success will look like in the future for BaptistCare, represented by the blue arrows. Alongside these outcomes, the Leadership team have Targets to measure if each Outcome is realised.
