Join a diverse team across multiple locations

We’ve brought our organisation together under one united BaptistCare brand, making it easier to recognise who we are, what we stand for, and the care we provide.

Today, as one of the largest care providers in Australia, BaptistCare supports more than 78,000 customers with the help of over 12,000 employees and close to 2,000 volunteers across the country.

It’s this broad footprint covering both metropolitan hubs and regional communities that also enables our employees to have more flexibility and choice in where they work.
