Church Relationships

Church Relationships

Since 1944 when BaptistCare commenced as the NSW Baptist Homes Trust, Baptist churches have been significant partners in all our ministries through prayer, volunteering and giving. BaptistCare is committed to this partnership and continues to provide opportunities to build church relationships and encourage them as they connect with their communities. We help each other through a variety of ways including:

BaptistCare Sunday – 6th November, 2016

Working on behalf of and alongside churches to tackle complex social issues is a great privilege for us. We thank you for your continued support over many years as we seek to express the transforming love of Christ in all we do.

This BaptistCare Sunday we invite churches to join with us in prayer and reflection on three serious issues impacting our society:

1. Domestic Violence
2. Homelessness and Housing
3. Social Isolation

A resource kit and a BaptistCare representative can be available for your church. It includes a booklet introducing these issues, demonstrating BaptistCare’s response and inviting us to prayer.

If you would like a BaptistCare representative to attend your church and/or a resource kit, please register here. You will be taken to an event registration page to input your church’s details.

Prayer Diary

BaptistCare publishes a quarterly Prayer Diary. Inside are a range of events and circumstances that are happening for BaptistCare and our community network that we would love some prayer for.
