Halo Ball Event Disclaimer

BaptistCare NSW & ACT (BaptistCare) does not accept responsibility for any losses or injuries incurred by the attendee in attending or associated with attending the Halo Ball, including but not limited to, transport and accommodation booked for the event. BaptistCare reserves the right to change any of the published event details without notice and have the final say on any matter relating to the event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds can be arranged by writing to BaptistCare before Friday, 5 September 2025. Due to the costs involved in organising the Halo Ball, no refunds will be issued after this date. 

BaptistCare can allow for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please email events@baptistcare.org.au to discuss your situation.

Should BaptistCare choose to cancel the Halo Ball, or be required to cancel or postpone the Halo Ball due to circumstances beyond our control, all ticket holders will be offered a choice of either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer the ticket(s) to the new event date.

BaptistCare accepts no liability for additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to, transport and accommodation costs, and recommends all attendees take out personal travel insurance for this purpose.

BaptistCare has a comprehensive Privacy Policy that explains how and why your information will be collected, held and disclosed. The full Privacy Policy can be viewed online here. We will collect your information to administer your registration for events, invite you to events, manage other associated administrative functions and contact you on related topics or events. We may communicate with you for these purposes by email or mail, and you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us. We may share your information with the hosts of events you are attending or other organisations relevant to your event registration. By paying your ticket fee, you consent to us using and disclosing your personal information as set out above and in our Privacy Policy, and contacting you as described above.
