In Willmot and Lethbridge Park residents lead the way. We work across the community in schools, community centres and in collaboration with other services to help build a stronger and more resilient community.
Our caseworkers are based in Lethbridge Park and Willmot, and support families where they live.
We take the time to get to know families, and to develop trust, so families can choose the help they need. We do this through support work, and the coordinating and navigation of services through case management and advocacy.
Our chaplain also works with youth and families at a local primary school, supporting them with programs that focus on self-esteem and parenting.
We partner with residents, collaborate with local services, businesses and government-funded entities to support families to develop economic resilience in Willmot and Lethbridge Park.
We do this through community engagement, elevating community voice to advocate for systemic change, and offer wrap-around (pre/post-employment) support to empower individuals in overcoming barriers to employment.
Our chaplains and volunteers come alongside of people, offering support and a listening ear as they go through life’s challenges and experiences.
It doesn't matter what your background or beliefs are, the spiritual and emotional support we offer is for everyone.
Our chaplains and volunteers are a compassionate presence at HopeStreet, and are there to get to know people, their stories, hopes and dreams. We help you engage in what gives you purpose and meaning in life.
