The team at Durham Green Centre strive to empower residents with the support they need, providing care and assistance 24 hours a day.
Our caring team are here to make the transition into aged care as easy as possible and cater for the individual needs of each resident. The team’s round-the-clock care program provides assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition and hydration, incontinence, medication, and transfers featuring wheelchairs or walking aids. We also offer individual support and treatment for recurrent confusion including cognitive impairments and behavioural disorders.
Residents will be served delicious fresh meals prepared by chefs and monitored by dieticians to ensure a healthy lifestyle, with the option to dine in their own apartment or join friends in the communal dining room.
The Durham Green Centre features 104 single rooms, each with a generous private en-suite, a kitchenette for preparing light refreshments, and some rooms also have a private balcony. 48 of the rooms are located in the Manor and 56 rooms are in the Memory Care Lodge.
You are welcome to bring some smaller furniture items from home as well as other decorations to transform the space and make it your own. You are never far from enjoying time with other residents and friends in the communal lounge areas, gardens or on the verandah.

The Aged Care Home consists of a range of private rooms to suit your needs as well as specific dementia care rooms. Residents have access to a hairdressing salon, library and beautifully landscaped gardens to enjoy.

The Memory Care Lodge is a specialised area for those living with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease. The Lodge offers private accommodation in a beautiful setting, where residents can feel completely at home, safe in the knowledge that there is loving, personalised care at hand whenever they need it.
Our team of caring staff at Memory Care Lodge are experienced and trained in navigating behaviours of dementia, and focus on getting to know each resident as an individual, learning their unique needs and requirements.
The Lodge offers 56 modern rooms, each with a private ensuite and access to beautiful gardens which aim to stimulate the senses. The Lodge promotes a supportive environment that enhances residents’ sense of independence through wayfinding and orientation cues, landmarks, and features.
