Welcome to BaptistCare’s 2026 Annual Report. This year has been a defining year for BaptistCare.

Following last year’s merger of BaptistCare, Baptcare and Baptist Care SA, this year has been about turning that vision into reality; integrating systems, aligning ways of working and strengthening how we serve our customers and communities as one national organisation under a new vision and purpose, values and brand.

Financial performance

BaptistCare continues to maintain a strong and stable financial position, supported by healthy underlying performance across our core services. Building on last year, further acquisitions have strengthened our balance sheet, giving us greater and more diverse revenue streams to support the people and communities we serve.
