BaptistCare Allegra Village is currently under development.
Allegra Village plans to have approximately 130 independent living units for retirees. The BaptistCare Carlingford site already contains community housing, and will also become home to a residential aged care home, respite facility and a diverse range of facilities, services and outdoor spaces for residents and the community to enjoy.
Our independent living units for retirees will be spacious, light, and comfortable. The units will be built around a beautiful, central courtyard, which will offer residents easy access to the services and facilities they need, as well as plenty of spaces and places to gather with families and friends.
