BaptistCare Allegra Village (Under Development)

After all the years of looking forward to it, this next chapter should be everything you want it to be.

Currently under development, BaptistCare’s Allegra Village is located in the heart of Carlingford, Sydney, and will feature approximately 130 light-filled, spacious apartments designed for maximum comfort and low-maintenance independent living.

The broader precinct will also feature a co-located residential aged care home, a respite facility and a range of premium amenities including a pool, cafe and gym. Adjacent to the village, our neighbouring community housing site, Gimbawali Place, contributes to an inclusive, welcoming neighbourhood.

Once complete, Allegra Village will include 130, light-filled apartments set around a central landscaped courtyard, with easy access to services, shared spaces and places to spend time with family and friends.

Each home is available in a variety of sizes and layouts to suit your needs and ideal lifestyle. Select a two bedroom apartment with or without a study – or, if you’re looking for more space, choose from a range of three bedroom apartments including our penthouses.
