To apply for a Home Care Package you need to contact the Government’s My Aged Care service on 1800 200 422 for assessment by the Regional Assessment Service or ACAT.
If approved you will then join a waiting list for your Package to be assigned to you. As soon as this happens BaptistCare can immediately commence the delivery of the services and supports you choose.
