Offering 68 individual rooms, each one features an en suite, built-in wardrobe, adjustable bed and emergency-monitoring systems for your safety and security.
For the social butterfly they can choose to enjoy meals in our communal dining room, join an activity in our large activity room or visit our hair salon to be pampered. Or if you'd prefer some quite time, there's plenty of spaces to unwind in our beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens or sit in one of our intimate lounges.
Residents can even invite their friends and family to join them for celebrations in our outdoor barbeque area.
Specialised dementia support
Graceford has dementia enrichment living in a secure, safe environment with 24 hour care by professional nurses and trained staff. We have a proactive therapy team who develop individualised activity programs that cater for all residents.
The dementia enrichment living wing has a secure garden area designed to stimulate and encourage residents to spend some time outside enjoying the fresh air and outdoor environment.
