Designed with a people-first approach, Graceford is a beautiful aged care home set amongst secluded bushland and manicured gardens.
Located just a short stroll from local shops and transport, Graceford features peaceful communal areas, barbecue facilities, and a home-like dining room serving freshly cooked meals with local produce where possible. The onsite kiosk and chaplain, as well as facility pets also provide cosy settings in which to sit and relax, by yourself, with friends, or with your family.
Featuring 68 Individual Rooms
Single rooms come partially furnished with an adjustable bed, built-in robes, drawers, chair and desk. You are welcome to bring some smaller furniture items from home as well as other decorations to transform the space and make it your own. The majority of rooms overlook courtyards or garden spaces and have curtains for privacy.
Specialised dementia support
Graceford has dementia enrichment living in a secure, safe environment with 24 hour care by professional nurses and trained staff. We have a proactive therapy team who develop individualised activity programs that cater for all residents.
The dementia enrichment living wing has a secure garden area designed to stimulate and encourage residents to spend some time outside enjoying the fresh air and outdoor environment.
