Home Care Packages are a government subsidised and ongoing home care program enabling you to live your best life possible in the comfort of your own home. We help you get the most out of your monthly allocation of funding with a unique set of support and services to meet your personal needs.

Our in home care services and caring workers can support you by providing assistance with cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and ironing. Garden care such as lawn mowing and weeding is also available.

Are you concerned about how much home care will cost you? We hear you and understand it’s an important consideration for many. It’s why we’re committed to telling you all the costs - both subsidised and non-subsidised - up-front. There are no hidden fee charges, no handling fees on purchases, or compulsory co-contribution to your funds.

To apply for a Home Care Package you need to contact the Government's My Aged Care service on 1800 200 422 for assessment by the Regional Assessment Service or ACAT. If approved you will then join a waiting list for your Package to be assigned to you.
