We are pleased to announce that BaptistCare NSW & ACT has entered into an agreement to acquire the Tulich Family Communities located in Prestons, Menangle, and Dubbo. This includes the retirement villages and aged care homes within Blue Hills, Durham Green, and Kintyre Living.
This is a dedicated website page for existing employees of these sites to provide you with information about BaptistCare including some helpful Frequently Asked Questions. Please know we are working hard to make this transition as seamless as possible for you.
As an existing and valued employee, in February you will be provided with a Letter of Offer for employment (contract) to your personal email address. We hope you will join us in continuing to deliver great care and service to your community.
There’s one really important thing we want you to know. Caring for our residents and clients is paramount, but so too is caring for our staff – and that includes you.

We will be sending out regular communications as part of Phase 1 of our journey together to keep you well-informed. These will land in your personal email account. So will your Letter of Offer for employment (contract) when this is sent from February.
