Designed with a people-first approach, Gracehaven is centrally situated in the coastal town of Rockingham.
You will become part of a vibrant community that offers a busy social and entertainment program, including regular bus excursions.
You will find us ideally located in close walking distance to a major shopping centre that offers a wide range of shops and cafés. We are also opposite a beautiful lake – an ideal place to stroll or watch the ducks. Or, you may want to simply relax in our landscaped gardens and small courtyards.
You will be able to choose from several comfortable sitting areas to entertain visiting family and friends, who will receive the same friendly welcome.
Featuring 98 Individual Rooms
Single rooms come partially furnished with an adjustable bed, built-in robes, drawers, chair and desk. You are welcome to bring some smaller furniture items from home as well as other decorations to transform the space and make it your own.
Specialised dementia support
Gracehaven offers 26 rooms with dementia enrichment living in a secure and safe environment with 24 hour care by professional nurses and trained staff. Lounges and quiet rooms are also available within these areas.
Residents can also enjoy a garden area designed to stimulate and encourage residents to spend some time outdoors enjoying the fresh air.
